Citrus Cantaloupe Mint Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cut cantaloupe
  • 1 cup orange juice, no sugar added (I use Evolution)
  • ½ orange, frozen 10 minutes
  • juice of 2 lemon wedges
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 2 large handfuls of ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve immediately & enjoy
