Citrus Cantaloupe Mint Smoothie

- 2 cups cut cantaloupe
- 1 cup orange juice, no sugar added (I use Evolution)
- ½ orange, frozen 10 minutes
- juice of 2 lemon wedges
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 mint leaves
- 2 large handfuls of ice
- Place all ingredients into a food processor
- Blend until smooth
- Serve immediately & enjoy
