Avocado Hummus

- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 (15-ounce) can of garbanzo beans
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tsp tahini
- 2 avocados
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Dash of salt
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Blend garlic cloves, garbanzo beans, lemon juice & tahini in a food processor until smooth
- Add avocado & salt and blend until mixed well
- Transfer to a bowl, pour a few tablespoons of olive oil on top, and sprinkle with paprika
