Carrot Fries

Serves: 4
- 1 lb bag carrots
- ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
- salt & pepper to taste
- Grab your cutting board, peeler, knife and a 1 lb bag of carrots
- Clean, peel & chop into ~1 inch pieces
- Preheat oven 400 degrees
- Place carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Season with pepper, Italian seasoning & sea salt
- Bake 30 minutes until tender
- Remove from oven & enjoy!
