Ingredients
  • 1 lb bag carrots
  • ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
  • salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Grab your cutting board, peeler, knife and a 1 lb bag of carrots
  2. Clean, peel & chop into ~1 inch pieces
  3. Preheat oven 400 degrees
  4. Place carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  5. Season with pepper, Italian seasoning & sea salt
  6. Bake 30 minutes until tender
  7. Remove from oven & enjoy!
