Ingredients
½ cup shredded zucchini, ~half a medium size zucchini
1¼ cup GF oat flour or GF rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
3 tbsp golden flax meal
3 tbsp honey
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Peel and shred zucchini
Squeeze zucchini in between several layers of paper towel until very dry
