A protein packed bite made with quinoa, chia and hemp seeds and sweetened with cinnamon & dates. This simple energy bite is vegan, gluten free and has no refined sugar. This perfect snack is a soon to be your favorite.

Ingredients
1½ cups quinoa flakes
1½ tsp cinnamon
12 dates, pitted
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp seed hearts
Instructions
Soak dates in a warm bowl of water for 20 minutes
To your food processor, add all ingredients & pulse until a course dough forms
Form dough into balls adding water to stick together as needed*
Refrigerate on a plate or in a tupperware container overnight to set
Notes
Makes 18 bites, 92 calories each *This will be a loose mixture, as you form into balls you will need to add water to the dough to roll into balls. Rest assured they will set after refrigeration
