Avocado Deviled Eggs

- 12 dozen eggs
- 1 medium avocado
- Sea salt
- optional: paprika, salsa
- Boil 1 dozen eggs in a large pot
- Bring pot to boil and reduce heat to medium low for 10 minutes
- Drain water, allow eggs to cool 30 minutes
- Peel the shells
- Carefully slice eggs in half & remove yolks
- In a blender, mix 1 medium avocado with sea salt until blended smooth
- Place egg halves on a dish, scoop one tbsp of avocado mixture into the egg captivity
- Add paprika or salsa for added fun & flavor
Makes 24 halves, 25 calories per half
