A traditional appetizer made over with healthier ingredients & low in calories!

Ingredients
  • 12 dozen eggs
  • 1 medium avocado
  • Sea salt
  • optional: paprika, salsa
Instructions
  1. Boil 1 dozen eggs in a large pot
  2. Bring pot to boil and reduce heat to medium low for 10 minutes
  3. Drain water, allow eggs to cool 30 minutes
  4. Peel the shells
  5. Carefully slice eggs in half & remove yolks
  6. In a blender, mix 1 medium avocado with sea salt until blended smooth
  7. Place egg halves on a dish, scoop one tbsp of avocado mixture into the egg captivity
  8. Add paprika or salsa for added fun & flavor

Makes 24 halves, 25 calories per half
