Happy New Years Eve! A little blast from the past today in this Top 15 of 2015, Reader Favorite Recipes & Posts. I look forward to year end posts like this one to see what you guys really enjoyed this year. It also gives me something to take with me into the new year as I strategize new projects and work. So without further ado, let’s go back to the past and have a little drool fest.

When I wrote this post, I never expected the huge response I received from other women suffering from the effects of amenorrhea like me. Hormone imbalance does a lot of damage and in my case, it weakened my bones. I encourage any woman going through this to fight for their health and find the cause. Your health is not black and white.
I get annoyed when I read people telling other people to just eat mindfully or why they should not count calories because it’s going to give them some sort of eating disorder I’m sorry. Almost all of America is classified as obese, food portions are huge and out of control and FDA regulations suck. People need to realize how much food they are actually eating and understand how much is too much. Calorie counting teaches people those boundaries. Not every person will succumb to an eating disorder from counting calories. I’m proof of that.
This has somehow become my most pinned post. I don’t know why because it has the most awful, ugliest picture. I imagine a lot of viewers are interested in this topic. PS I still drink apple cider vinegar every morning for my gut health.
Women need to stop tearing each other down and start being the motivating force that drives each other up. Encourage each other to do more, be more and support one another in achieving goals. We are stronger united than alone!
Big or small, your size does not define who you are or what you represent. You should love yourself at any size. But contrary to some of messages out there, it is not meant to be an excuse to stay unhealthy. Honoring yourself to make your health a priority and executing the necessary changes you need is the message.
You don’t need to do a thousand burpees a day to lose weight. All I did was walk.
Do you know the most googled search term that leads people here is weight gain fear? Post weight loss weight gain fear is real and impacts every aspect of your life. I don’t think many people are aware of its risks and affects. This post was a follow up to My Fear of Gaining Weight after a reader sent a very desperate email about her weight gain fears. I only hope this message is reaching those who are suffering with this fear.
