There’s nothing worst than a delicious recipe that doesn’t shoot well. Sometimes lighting and shadow are not on your side. A risk of blogging I suppose, but also a good excuse to make more food! That said, I wanted to thank you for all your sweet comments last week on the book. I’ll be doing an Instagram giveaway soon so be sure to follow me for the details and a chance to win a copy!
I’m also giving you a sneak peak of the deliciousness that’s soon to come. That is, if I don’t make something that looks and tastes even better between now and then. Haha! Stay tuned…
In case that wasn’t enough, here’s more of what I’ve been eating lately! If you’re new to Skinny Fitalicious, What I Ate Wednesday is a post I do every week showcasing my meals from one day. It’s motivational to see what other people eat in their day and also inspires me to eat balanced and to continue creating more delicious recipes for you!
Breakfast. Cauliflower kale frittata, organic turkey sausage and plantains. I love that I make this frittata and have it last me all week. I make a double batch!
Lunch. My usual broccoli, kale, tuna salad with mustard. I threw in some red cabbage for fun. It looks pretty!
Snack. A Paleo orange muffin similar to these. The muffins turned out great, but sadly the pictures were uncooperative. A risk of blogging. 🙁
Leftover orange from the shoot.
Dinner. Spaghetti squash turkey lasagna. A perk of blogging. 🙂
