Hi Friends! How’s your weekend? I hope you’re enjoying it so far! I’ve been feeling a little blah. Probably because my sleep was horrible this week. We went out for dinner Friday night and I didn’t want to eat our favorite grilled wings. The guy was like “what’s wrong with you?” All I wanted to do was face plant on the table and go to sleep. Haha. Getting old is hard. Yesterday I took it easy. Slept in, went for a long walk and napped again in the afternoon. It was glorious! Today I’m teaching spin class then going to Trader Joe’s for meal prep essentials.
