It’s that time of the week again friends! I don’t know about you, but I feel like I need another weekend before diving into this week. Last week I started school and let’s just say things were hectic. Learning to balance my time with school, blogging and looking for jobs has been challenging. I’m still figuring out my new schedule. It’s been a lot of change to absorb!
Today is all about preparing for the week ahead. I’ve fallen off the meal prep wagon a bit so today I’m getting meals prepped to keep me stay sane this week. On the menu is chicken noodle-less soup, chocolate almond chia hemp flax bars and cranberry apple crockpot oatmeal.
