Hi Friends! How’s the weekend? I’ve been relaxing and trying to stay cool in this chilly 115 degree heat. Last week was insane! I subbed so many classes. By Saturday I lost my voice and my body was screaming for a day off which I needed mentally and physically. Today I’m headed back to the gym to teach two back to back classes. I must be insane. The rest of the weekend I’ve been hanging with the guy. We went to my first ever AZ Diamondbacks game. I’m not a baseball fan, but it’s been on my bucket list for years.
