Oh hey, friends! It’s time for a new edition I’m starting called This Is Life. I’ve been feeling a little blah about blogging lately and that usually means it’s time for a change. I’ve been wanting to add more personal happenings here. Honestly, I don’t feel like my life is that exciting but I’ve been getting more requests for day in the life posts so here ya go, a recap of life last Saturday!
Last weekend I met with 2 new clients (I have a couple Saturday slots open for those of you who’ve been thinking of signing up to work 1:1 with me!), and they both asked me a couple random questions about myself. It took me by surprise because while I did answer a bunch of standard reader questions in the FAQ, it made me realize some people want to know more about me. I saw this fun 29 questions survey on a friend’s Facebook page then again here, and figured it was a sign I had to do it too. So here we go with some fun today!
**REMINDER** My online coaching program for Spring started March 6th. If you didn’t get in for the spring program make sure you sign up for Summer starting May 1st!

How To Jumpstart Weight Loss
If you want to lose weight, I'm guessing you're looking for a magic pill to do it for you, and I'm sorry to say that doesn't exist. BUT! What I'm about to tell you is you already have a magic weight loss pill that you can control and it's called eating.
It’s one month in and already so much has happened.
I receive a lot of questions from readers. Many of the questions are the same. Here I’m compiling a list of Frequently Asked Questions About Me so you can get all your answers in one place and I can refer to it whenever someone asks something about me. I’ll continue adding to this as I receive more questions from you guys!
2017 New Year New Goals! I feel like I just wrote 2016 New Year New Goals last week. I obviously late getting these up, but things have been busy with launching my new program Eat To Lose Weight. By the way if you didn’t get in before registration closed, I’ll be launching in March for Spring coaching and hope to see you there!
Back to resolutions…
As you know, I’m not a New Year’s resolution person. I think if you want to make a change you should just do it and not wait for a specific day to start. Procrastinating is an excuse to not change which keeps you stuck in the same place and doesn’t challenge you outside your comfort zone.
That said, I like to set general goals for myself every year. This gives me a roadmap to follow, but doesn’t mean I have to stay on the road. I can take detours if I want to, but eventually I always come back to it.
Is it really 2017? How are we here already? My brain is still operating in 2016 which is why I’m just now getting around to sharing Five Things That Changed Me In 2016. I’ve been so busy launching my new program Eat To Lose Weight I forgot it was a new year.
By the way if you didn’t make it into the program before registration closed, I’ll be launching it again for Spring Coaching first week of March and I hope to see you there! Some of you emailed me asking for an accountability group separate from the program which you can sign up for HERE (it’s super affordable!). Lots of options for you to get healthy here!
Rewinding to 2016…
One tradition I have is reflecting on five milestones every year. Sometimes with the hustle of life and being in fast forward mode I don’t absorb experiences. This helps me appreciate them more! It also gives you a personal insight into me because I’m actually a real person not just a foodie, Instagram obsessed, fitness loving, nutrition nerd. So let’s see the five things changed me in 2016!
What is a blog without a loyal following? Nothing! That’s why today, friends I’m asking for a few minutes of your time to answer a super short 5 question survey.
