The months of work I put into this program creating videos, reference guides, weekly assignments and a rockstar implementation plan have finally paid off!
This year I've worked with a lot of clients who have experienced amazing improvements in their health and wellness through my online coaching. I work together with my clients as a teammate to tackle their health issues and create a plan to address the threats to their health - lack of planning, lack of knowledge, lack of motivation, cravings, low energy, lack of self esteem, and more!
January 1st is right around the corner! How are you going to make 2017 your healthiest? I'm guessing with the hustle of the holiday season that's the farthest thing from your mind which is why I'm reminding you today that you need to start planning now. Let me tell you how!
I want you to imagine it's January 1st. What's your plan? Are you going to workout? How are you going to workout? Are you going to eat better? How are you going to eat better? Do you know what eating better even means?
More importantly, how do you want to FEEL? What will you do when you're faced with challenge? Will you give up, or throw your willpower out the door? How will you pick yourself up, or will you throw in the towel and go back to your old ways?
Whew! I know that's a lot of questions! The purpose of me asking you these things is to get you thinking about how you're going to do this so you have the right tools and resources in place to support you on your journey.
What you need is something that will show you how to eat better that doesn't make you count calories or leave you feeling unsatisfied. Something that helps you realize how food behaviors are a result of how you feel about yourself. Something that builds you up and makes you feel worthy.
What's that something?

The holidays overwhelm me. I struggle looking forward to them because they stress me out more than bring me joy. After years of medical struggles, my wish is one year of being healthy for the holidays. This year I’m feeling more stressed than any other year because I’m recovering from a major surgery. I would like nothing more than to hide in my bed until January.
Between holiday parties, social gatherings, shopping, baking, wrapping, cooking, etc. it’s like the holiday rollercoaster that never ends with the Grinch riding next to me.
But it does end. It ends in January after my healthy lifestyle and eating habits have fallen to the way side and my fitness is crap. It’s January when I’m beating myself up for not being consistent enough and not eating the right nutrition to balance the holiday treats.
Balancing a healthy lifestyle during the holidays isn’t easy. I’m constantly tired and lacking motivation. By the time the holidays roll around, I’m a stressed out maniac that I can’t actually enjoy them. Sound familiar?
Studies show that people gain 7 to 10 pounds between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Is that going to be you? It doesn’t have to be!
While January is recognized most for being the time of year to start a new routine, fall is actually the best time of year to fall into your health routine. With back to school, everyone is adjusting to a new schedule so making your health a part of that is a natural transition.
Setting a fall health routine will lay the foundation for you to follow into the holiday season. That way when the holidays roll around, you aren’t wildly thrown off by comfort food and holiday entertaining. Not to mention, come January you won’t feel the need to jump on the New Year’s resolution band wagon because you’re already in your groove.
Think of September as your new January and fall into your health routine by doing these simple things.

I can’t believe it’s June, almost July. It seems like yesterday when I set these huge, dream-like goals for myself. In case you haven’t been around from the beginning, here’s the short version. At the end of last year, I left my corporate job to become a licensed holistic nutrition practitioner and health coach.
After battling hormone issues for two years and receiving an overwhelming amount of emails from women going through similar problems, I knew I had to find a way to help others. It was a big leap, and there are weeks, days and moments when I wonder what I’m doing and where I’m going. But I remind myself this is where I’m meant to be right now. Now for the updates!
