When Is It?
Starts September 10th! I will send you documents on September 8th so you can meal prep over the weekend and be ready to start Monday, September 10th. Challenge ends September 23rd.

Be 100% committed for 14 days. I can't stress this enough. Those who follow the plan, get the results!
Show up in the Facebook group and engage! Post about your progress, struggles, share pictures of what you're eating, ask questions, get support and motivation. I'll be providing feedback and answering your questions directly in the group.
The group is small, hence the limited number of spaces. It is a safe place for you to speak openly about what you're struggling with. If it's something you're struggling with, chances are someone else is too. The challenge is about building a support community to motivate you, and I'll be there every step of the way!
